I created this piece on honor of my friend their love affair with coffee.

It reads, “Coffee is Life. I am going to try every flavor and drink every last, delicious, caffeinated drop.”

I pulled the calligraphy hand out of a medieval manuscript and changed it around a little to suit my whims.

It is a proprietary blend of inks that look like a nice rich, dark coffee, but won’t degrade the paper over time like the real thing would. It is on 11x7 inch watercolor paper.
